Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every SheMori formula is plant-based, handcrafted, and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and proudly create products that are safe, ethical, and effective.
What skin types are SheMori products best for?
Our products are designed for all skin types, especially dry, sensitive, and eczema-prone skin. Each formula is made to deeply hydrate, soothe, and protect, while still feeling lightweight and luxurious.
Do your products help with eczema or very dry skin?
Yes. SheMori was created when our founder, April, needed safe, natural relief for her daughter’s eczema. Our whipped body butters are rich in cocoa butter, shea butter, and healing oils that lock in moisture and support healthier-looking skin. Our body washes are hydrating to ensure your skin is healthier overall.
What ingredients are in your body butters and scrubs?
We use a blend of premium plant butters (shea, cocoa), nourishing oils (argan, jojoba, rose hip), arrowroot powder, mica for a touch of shimmer, and skin-safe fragrance oils. Full ingredient lists are displayed on each product label and product page.
Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, or phthalates?
Never. All SheMori products are free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and other harsh chemicals. Clean, safe beauty is our standard.
How do I use the whipped body butter?
Apply to clean, slightly damp skin after bathing. A little goes a long way—massage in until fully absorbed. Daily use helps seal in moisture and keep skin silky smooth all day.
How often should I use the sugar scrub?
We recommend 2–3 times a week. Gently massage onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse. Follow up with body butter for the ultimate glow.
Will SheMori products stain clothes or sheets?
No. Our butters and scrubs absorb beautifully without leaving greasy residue. We recommend allowing a few minutes for the butter to fully sink in before dressing.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are handmade in small batches. Processing takes 2–4 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship to the US currently via USPS. Standard shipping typically arrives in 2-3 business, economy shipping 5-8, and express shipping 1-2 days after processing. Shipping times are set to help maintain the integrity go the butters, as they may melt when exposed to temperatures of 90 degrees or higher. If the butter melts, don't panic. Place the jar in the fridge or in a cool temperature room and let it solidify. The butter will not lose any of its benefits or shimmer. We recommend choosing a faster shipping option to help protect your products. However, we also include special packaging materials designed to reduce heat absorption during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We’re working to expand internationally soon.
What is your return policy?
Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. We will offer store credits only. Due to lack of tamper proof seals, we cannot accept returns, even if the packaging appears unopened. For customer satisfaction, we're happy to offer store credit for future purchases.
What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?
If the wrong item was shipped or the product arrived damaged, we will replace the product. Proof of damage is required.
How can I protect my order during shipping?
Please keep track of your shipping info to ensure the product is not left out in the heat for excessive hours, as this may affect product quality.
Do you offer gift sets or bundles?
Unfortunately, not at this time! Our future plans does included bundles and trio set.
